What if I am running late to class?
The doors close at the scheduled class time. If you are going to be late, please call the studio to let us know, and we will try to accommodate you. Late riders will be allotted a 5-minute grace period once class begins. We also reserve the right to release all bikes to waitlisted or standby riders at the start of class.
How do I get started?

First thing, you must create an account! Register on our app ‘Justridestudio’ through the app store at appstore.com/justridestudio or through our website at www.justridestudio.com/create-account Meet other riders, follow instructors and book yourself and a guest. You can now buy classes and reserve a bike at a time that works for you. Even free classes require a credit, so grab one and get riding!

How old does my child need to be before I can bring him/her to ride with me?

JUSTRIDE loves that you want to ride with your kids! For the safety of your child and the riders around them, they must be at least 12 years old and a minimum height of 4’10.” Minors under age 16 must ride with their parent. Private parties under age 16 are allowed.

How is JUSTRIDE different than a traditional cycling class?

JUSTRIDE truly offers a rhythm based full-body workout.  Unlike traditional cycling that focuses solely on the lower body, at JUSTRIDE we incorporate upper-body choreography into all of our classes. We use the rhythm to connect and inspire us! We believe in a full mind & body workout, and our instructors bring positive energy to every class. 

How do I sign up for a class?

Reserve your bike on the app or online, hassle-free. View our schedule, choose a class that’s convenient for you, and select an available bike. If a class is full, put yourself on the waitlist. If a bike becomes available, you’ll be placed into the class and notified via email confirmation.

When can I sign up for a class?

Registration opens 7 days prior to the scheduled class. Founding members can reserve 8 days prior to class.

Do you accept walk-ins?

You bet! While we recommend you book prior to class, if there’s a spot available we’ll get you in!

What should I do if it’s my first time at JUSTRIDE?

We recommend that new riders arrive at least 15 minutes early.  This will allow you time to complete the waiver and give us enough time to get you familiarized with the space and situated on your bike.  We look forward to meeting you!

Does JUSTRIDE have showers?

While we do not have showers, we have two fully stocked bathrooms with dry shampoo, deodorant, hair dryers and other items to get you cleaned up and on your way after class!

What is the JUSTRIDE cancellation policy?

We require that you cancel a reserved bike by 5:00pm the night before your scheduled class. Once a bike reservation is cancelled, that ride will be credited back to your JUSTRIDE account. If you do not cancel prior to 5:00pm, you will forfeit that ride or if you are an Unlimited Monthly rider, you will incur a $10 fee.

What happens if I am a no show for a ride I have reserved?
If you are on an unlimited monthly membership, and you do not cancel your bike reservation by 5:00 PM the night before your scheduled class, and fail to show up for your ride, you will forfeit that ride and you will incur a $15 fee. For riders with a class pack, you will lose your credit.
Can my JUSTRIDE credits be transferred to a friend?

Yes! Please give us a call 925-646-7433 or email us hi@justridestudio.com and we will take care of it for you. Please note, credit transfers do not apply to Unlimited Monthly riders.

Do my JUSTRIDE class credits expire?

Class packages come with expiration dates.  Memberships listed as ‘Unlimited’, either monthly or annually do not.

What should I do if I want to sign-up for a class but no bikes are available?

Put yourself on the waitlist! We sometimes have cancellations. If a bike doesn’t open up, your ride will automatically be credited back to your JUSTRIDE account.

How will I know if I am off the waitlist and booked in a class?

You will be notified by email one hour prior if you are placed into a class.

If I am a student how do I get student pricing?

As long as you are 25 years of age or younger and enrolled in school, you qualify for student pricing. Come in and show your valid student I.D. and we will verify your account that you qualify for the discounted pricing. Discounting also applies to Teachers, Police, Fire & Military

What is your Unlimited Monthly Membership?
Unlimited Monthly allows you to ride as often as you would like in a 30-day period. The 30 days begins the 1st day you ride (not the day you purchase). Riding more than once in any given day incurs a $5 fee double day member fee and “no-showing” incurs a $15 fee and late cancellation fee of $10. Memberships are priced for the commitment term and an early cancelation fee of $150 may be assessed.
What is your return policy?

We are a small family owned business. All of our purchases are final sale. We do not accept any refunds and this policy includes credits, special events, memberships & retail purchases. Shoes that are special ordered will be charged the day of the order.
